A planning call is not a sales call. There is nothing to buy on it. It is thirty minutes with someone who knows the eight countries we work in and will tell you plainly which fit your dates and budget — and which do not, and why.
Three things, in order.
- Your constraints. Month, budget, travelers, tolerance for transit and heat, whether children are coming, what a perfect day looks like.
- Our honest read. Which countries genuinely fit. Which are wrong for your month. Where the money goes further. What we would rule out.
- Next step, if there is one. If it makes sense, we take a written brief and come back within four business days with two or three fully-costed proposals. If it does not, we say so.
We are a small team. Calls are with the person who read your brief, not a call center. If you would rather not talk, send a brief and we reply in writing.
Send a short brief and tick “I would rather talk it through”. We reply by email with two or three times that suit, and the call is with the person who read your brief.
Ask for a callTen minutes that make it better.
Run the estimator for the country you are leaning towards. Look at the month matrix for your dates. Read the comparison if you are torn between two. You will arrive with better questions, and we will get further in thirty minutes.
